AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you (individually or on behalf of a business entity, "you") and Statsnet, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website at www.statsnet.co, along with any related media channels, mobile versions, or connected digital properties (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST STOP USING THE SITE IMMEDIATELY.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where you have a separately executed written agreement with us, that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
This Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. Minors are not permitted to register or use the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The Site and all of its contents — including data, software, databases, functionality, designs, text, graphics, and audiovisual material (collectively, "Content") — as well as all associated trademarks and service marks ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to Statsnet, Inc. and are protected under applicable U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site and download or print Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any Content or Marks without our prior written consent.
You agree to keep confidential all non-public information accessed through the Site, including but not limited to platform features, pricing, data compilations, and any content in password-protected areas ("Confidential Information"). You will protect our Confidential Information with at least the same care you apply to your own confidential materials, and no less than a reasonable standard of care. You also agree to comply with all applicable data privacy and security laws with respect to any non-public personal information we make available to you.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete;
- You will promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms;
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence;
- You will not access the Site via automated means, bots, or scripts;
- You will not use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose;
- You have obtained all necessary consents to share any third-party data you submit ("Third-Party Data"), and such submission is for lawful business purposes; and
- Your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
If any information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, or if you share Third-Party Data without proper authorization, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny current or future access to the Site.
USER REGISTRATION
Certain features of the Site require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to remove or reassign usernames that we determine, in our sole discretion, are inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
FEES AND PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:

Some features or services on the Site may require payment. You agree to provide accurate and current billing and account information, and to promptly update it as needed. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be added where required. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable amounts. We may correct billing errors even after payment has been processed, and we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
CANCELLATION
All purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us using the information below. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The Site may only be used for its intended purposes as authorized by us. The following activities are prohibited:
- Systematically scraping, harvesting, or compiling Site data to build databases or directories without written permission.
- Sending unsolicited communications or creating accounts by automated or fraudulent means.
- Using third-party purchasing agents to transact on the Site.
- Advertising or offering goods or services through the Site.
- Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security or access control features.
- Unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
- Attempting to obtain sensitive account information (such as passwords) through deception.
- Misusing our support services or submitting false abuse reports.
- Employing data mining tools, robots, scrapers, or automated scripts.
- Using AI agents, large language model–based assistants, autonomous coding tools, or any similar automated system (including, without limitation, tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and comparable agents) to access, browse, query, extract, collect, or reproduce data or other Content from the Site, whether operated directly by you or on your behalf. You remain fully responsible for any such system you instruct, deploy, or otherwise direct against the Site.
- Disrupting or placing undue burden on the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Selling or transferring your account to any third party.
- Impersonating another user, person, or entity.
- Using information obtained from the Site to harass, harm, or abuse others.
- Using the Site to build competing products or services, or for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Site's software.
- Attempting to bypass any access restrictions on the Site.
- Threatening, harassing, or intimidating Statsnet employees or agents.
- Removing copyright or proprietary notices from any Content.
- Copying or adapting the Site's code, including HTML, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, spam, or any material that disrupts Site operations.
- Transmitting tracking technologies (such as web bugs or hidden pixels) without authorization.
- Running unauthorized automated systems against the Site outside of standard browser activity.
- Taking actions that, in our judgment, damage or disparage the Site or Statsnet's reputation.
- Using the Site in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Site may allow you to submit, post, or share content, including text, images, comments, and other materials (collectively, "Contributions"). By submitting Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
- Your Contributions do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
- You own or have all required rights and permissions to submit your Contributions;
- You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured in your Contributions;
- Your Contributions are accurate and not misleading;
- Your Contributions are not spam, promotional schemes, or unsolicited solicitations;
- Your Contributions are not obscene, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Your Contributions do not ridicule, abuse, or demean any person or group;
- Your Contributions do not incite or advocate violence;
- Your Contributions comply with all applicable laws;
- Your Contributions do not violate anyone's privacy or publicity rights;
- Your Contributions do not solicit personal information from or exploit persons under 18;
- Your Contributions comply with laws protecting minors;
- Your Contributions are free from discriminatory or offensive content based on protected characteristics; and
- Your Contributions do not otherwise violate these Terms.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By submitting Contributions to the Site, you grant Statsnet, Inc. a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, and sublicense your Contributions in any media or format, for any purpose including commercial use. You retain ownership of your Contributions but waive any moral rights therein. Statsnet is not liable for any statements made in your Contributions and you agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from them.
We may edit, re-categorize, or remove Contributions at any time without notice, in our sole discretion.
Disputes relating to intellectual property rights, unauthorized use, invasion of privacy, or requests for injunctive relief are not subject to informal dispute resolution or arbitration provisions, and shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of the State of Delaware.
CORRECTIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Content on the Site — including pricing or availability — at any time without prior notice.
DISCLAIMER
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATSNET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE AND ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR: (1) ERRORS IN CONTENT; (2) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE FROM USE OF THE SITE; (3) UNAUTHORIZED SERVER ACCESS OR DATA BREACHES; (4) SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS; (5) MALICIOUS CODE TRANSMITTED BY THIRD PARTIES; OR (6) ANY OTHER LOSSES ARISING FROM SITE USE. WE DO NOT ENDORSE THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES LINKED OR ADVERTISED ON THE SITE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATSNET, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10,000 USD. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Statsnet, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any loss, liability, claim, or legal expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (1) your Contributions; (2) your use of the Site; (3) your breach of these Terms; (4) any misrepresentation you made herein or unauthorized handling of Third-Party Data; (5) your violation of third-party rights; or (6) harmful conduct toward other users. We reserve the right to assume control of our own defense at your expense, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of any such claim.
DATA RETENTION
We retain data you submit to the Site — including Third-Party Data — for purposes of: (1) delivering our services; (2) improving the accuracy and completeness of our data; (3) enhancing existing features; and (4) developing new capabilities. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details. You are solely responsible for your own data backups, and we are not liable for any data loss or corruption.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Site, submitting forms, or sending us email, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications satisfy any legal requirements for written notice.

MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms, together with any policies or rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Statsnet. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created by these Terms. These Terms will not be construed against us solely because we drafted them. You waive any defenses based on the electronic form of these Terms.
