Frequently asked questions

About the connection graph, search depth, types of affiliation and export to due-diligence tools.

What types of connections does the graph build?
Founders, management (directors, board members), shared addresses and phones, historical ties, tender alliances, beneficial-ownership chain with UBO. 14 edge kinds in total.
How deep does the graph go?
Up to 8 connection levels in the UI and up to 12 via API. Longer chains tend to add noise, but the limit can be raised on Enterprise.
How often is the graph updated?
Changes in founders and management — within 24 hours of registry publication. Address and phone connections are recomputed weekly.
Can I find the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO)?
Yes. UBO is unrolled through the ownership chain accounting for stakes and indirect control. For offshore jurisdictions we use partner registries — that's flagged in the source card.
How can I export the graph?
PNG/SVG for reports, JSON and GraphML for Maltego, i2 Analyst's Notebook, Neo4j. Via API — event streaming for new connections to monitor your portfolio.
