Your data rights
Statsnet, Inc. (651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709) is the data controller for personal data processed on statsnet.co. This page explains the rights you have over your data and how to exercise them. For privacy questions contact legal@statsnet.co.
Rights of all users
Wherever you are located, you can ask us to:
- Access — receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Rectify — correct inaccurate or incomplete data (account fields can be edited directly in your profile);
- Erase — delete your account and associated personal data ("right to be forgotten");
- Restrict or object — limit or object to specific processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
- Port — receive the data you provided in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing. Cookie and analytics consent can be changed via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
How to submit a request
- Use the contact form and choose "Personal data removal", or email legal@statsnet.co from the address linked to your account.
- We may ask you to verify your identity (for example, by replying from the account email or providing the identifier of the record in question). We only use this information to process the request.
- We respond within 30 days. If a request is complex we may extend this once by a further period permitted by law, and we will tell you why.
Account holders can also delete their account directly: Profile → Delete account in your account settings. Deleting the account cancels the active subscription and permanently removes your profile, API keys and export history. Billing records are retained only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Data about company officers and owners
Statsnet republishes information from official state registers (company registers, tax authorities and other public sources) under the public-registry provisions of the respective jurisdictions, including Paragraph 13, Article 28 of the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This may include your name and role if you are a director, founder or shareholder of a registered company.
If you believe a record about you should be corrected or removed, submit a request via the contact form with a link to the page or the company identifier (BIN/TIN). Note that data reproduced from an official register generally remains available at the source; we assess each removal request individually against applicable law.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you additionally have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use and share them (see the Privacy Policy);
- Delete personal information we collected from you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money; analytics cookies may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA — use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Data" link in the site footer to opt out;
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services or change pricing for exercising these rights.
Requests can be submitted through the channels above. Authorized agents may act on your behalf with written permission.
Complaints
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We would, however, appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first — write to legal@statsnet.co.
